Initiating Returns/Exchanges:

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Our inventory moves quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible to facilitate exchanges.
  • We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us for instructions.

Shipping Recommendations:

  • You are responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using a shipping method that can be insured and tracked for your peace of mind.

Clearance Items:

  • All clearance items purchased on jioncy.com are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow 2-4 weeks for us to process your exchange/return once we receive your package.

Return Conditions:

  • Merchandise cannot be returned if it has been washed or worn and must be in its original packaging with tags attached.

Hygiene Items:

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of earrings, cosmetics, lingerie sets, panties, tights, or similar intimate items. These items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.
  • Bras and bralettes may be returned or exchanged with tags attached and no visible signs of wear.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • JIONCY is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process.

Return Postage:

  • You will not be reimbursed for your return postage.

Refunds:

  • You will receive a refund for your original purchase once we receive your returned item.
  • Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
